Lincoln Center – Retail Space

Lincoln Center is conveniently located between Interstate 5 and Highway 99 at the corner of Pacific Avenue and Benjamin Holt Drive, two of the most heavily traveled corridors in Stockton, California. The site offers excellent visibility to over an estimated 70,000 cars per day.

A specialty retail shopping center, Lincoln Center is a landmark open-air, town and country shopping development in the Central Valley, featuring more than 90 specialty shops, services and restaurants. Parkwoods – Retail Space

Parkwoods Shopping Center, a traditional “in-line” shopping center located in the heart of the Colonial Heights and Parkwoods residential subdivisions, features excellent parking, four ingress/egress points to the property from a major traffic route (Hammer Lane), excellent building signage, and close proximity to other retail shopping centers. The property consists of 53,005 square feet of space, of which 44, 711 square feet is “in-line” with two separate freestanding buildings with retail space and medical uses making up the balance.

Industrial Space

The 81,000 square foot warehouse located in Stockton on the Delta water channel consists of two buildings with four tenants: Pacific Storage Company; Mid-CalMoving; Rare Parts; and Vivent, our newest tenant. The property is fully occupied.

We developed this project in 2002 with an understanding of the increasingly strengthening industrial market.
